Phonic Worksheets and Information

Below are sources of printable phonic worksheets and information. Different types and levels are available, so be sure that you select worksheets that your student can handle. Most of the files below are saved PDFs. Free programs are available for viewing and printing PDF files, such as Adobe Reader or Preview (included with Mac OS X).

Tutor Report Form and Reference Sheet
Kalamazoo Literacy Council tutors will be required to submit the new Adult Tutoring Program Quarterly Log beginning July 2011. There are a few differences between the new log and the previous one, primarily with expansion of the Goals Section. The Reference Sheet explains some of the items on the log. Tutors may download the ATP Quarterly Log and email the completed form as an attachment to KLC Director Michael Evans at mevans@goodwillswmi.org or mail it to the administrative office.
